Bringing your little ones to Banff? This fun filled itinerary is one of the best ways for families to experience the fun that Banff has to offer!
Day 1
Banff is such an exciting place for little ones to experience the snow. Our Winter Activity Pass is a great way to keep little ones busy and content. Start your morning by heading up to Mount Norquay to experience the thrill that is snow tubing! Snow tubing is just like tobogganing, except that a unique towing system will pull you back to the top!
After a morning spent sliding down lanes, head to the Banff Gondola for some epic views. Children can even get immersed in the mobile app game Agents of Discovery. Winter Activity Pass
Day 2
Today, why not use your rental portion of the Winter Activity pass and grab some skates from our Banff Adventures store then drive to Lake Louise. Skating here is a bucket list activity and not to be missed. If skating is not your thing, try snowshoeing on or around the lake!
Finish the day back in Banff for an afternoon sleigh ride. Pick from a public ride or a private family ride for up to 4 people. With mountains surrounding you and knowledgeable cowboy guides the children will be sure to end their Banff trip happy little explorers!

Winter Equipment Rentals
- Winter Rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis. A valid credit card is required for security/damage deposit.
- Children must be 4 years or older and taller than 42 inches to enter the Tube Park
- The best time to visit for this itinerary is between mid-December and mid-March.
