Individual Tours
Banff Adventures offers three tours throughout the winter season echo ranging in length and varying in location. Details are as follows:
Powder Hound Express
Enjoy a sled ridge across multiple trails, valleys, across bridges and take in the beauty of ice-covered lakes on this 1hr tour. At the halfway point, you’ll have a chance to marvel at Goat Creek and cuddle with your furry tour guides. Finish off around a cozy campfire and trade stories while sipping warm apple cider.
This tour can be taken with a guide/instructor driven sled, or on a self-driven sled. Sleds can host anywhere from 1-4 people depending on whether your tour will be guide driven or not. Please allow for 4 hours of time in total for the whole experience.
Sunfeather Winterlude
Similar to the Powder Hound Express, Sunfeather Winterlude takes through black spruce lined trails surrounding Goat Creek. At the halfway point you can choose to enjoy a Native Canadian lunch, and then take in even more incredibly views as you tour Goad Pond or Spray Lakes
Please allow for 6 hours total to complete your experience.
Lake Louise
Embark on a 1.5 hour dog sledding adventure that takes you along the Continental Divide in Lake Louise. This trip is ideal for those looking to get the full “mushing” experience. You’ll have plenty of photo opportunities and a fantastic view of Mt. Temple on the ride home!
