Itinerary Details
During the summer months, Banff National Park has something for everyone! Suitable for all ages, make the most of family time and create life-long memories throughout this 4 day itinerary.
Day 1
Banff Gondola is a great way to start your visit to Banff! Soar to the top of Sulphur Mountain, take in the views along the boardwalk and learn about the history and wildlife of Banff National Park at the interactive centre! Parents and children dig deeper into the world around us with self-guided activities and adventures.
In the evening, take your new found knowledge of the park on our Evening Wildlife Safari and spend a couple of hours safely watching Rocky Mountain critters. Your local wildlife expert & guide will travel to the hotspots where you are most likely to see the animals. You might spot an elk sauntering across a clearing or sometimes (if you are extra, extra lucky) see a bear snuffling through a berry bush. You’ll also learn about how the park protects these animals and their natural habitat from many threats to the ecosystem.

Day 3
A visit to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake is a must! For your final full day, it's the perfect location to snap those family photos that you'll look back on for years to come.
You'll need to park at the Lake Lousie Ski Resort to hop onto the lake shuttles, so why not make a stop at Lake Louise Summer Sightseeing Gondola. It is a great activity for all-ages, with some of the best chances to spot wild grizzly bears. Once you've taken in the stunning views, it's time to visit the lakes! Whether you're wishing to see Moraine Lake only or include a stop at Lake Louise, the Moraine Lake Shuttle makes getting between Lake Louise Ski Resort and the two lakes very easy.
