The Banff Gondola + Banff Hot Springs package includes two of Banff's most popular attractions. Take in the views from the Banff Gondola then enjoy a soak in the Banff Upper Hot Springs. Both attractions are in the same location.
Banff Gondola: Ride to the top of Sulphur Mountain on an 8 minute Gondola ride to experience a bird's eye view of six mountain ranges. The 360° view from the upper gondola terminal, view-decks and Summit Ridge interpretive boardwalk, is the very best vantage point in the west.
Banff Upper Hot Springs: Luxuriate in the comfort of soothing mineral Hot Springs, where travelers have come to "take the waters" for more than a century. The restored 1930's heritage bathhouse is an outdoor mineral spring fed hot pool with views of the famous Mount Rundle. It includes a cooler children's wading area and spacious change rooms with heated floors. Water temperature is kept between 37-40 degrees Celsius or 98-104 Fahrenheit.

- Hot Springs is a one time admission - tickets can be used any time during opening hours on the date you have selected. Your physical ticket must be collected from the Banff Adventures Store at 211 Bear Street.
- Bathing suit rental, towel rental, and locker tokens are available at an additional cost directly at the Hot Springs. Men’s, women’s, and gender-neutral accessible change rooms are located on the pool level of the facility. Change rooms offer washrooms, showers, private change stalls, and one-time-use lockers.
- Hot Springs opening hours are 10am-10pm daily, last admission is 9:30pm
- Attractions can be taken on separate days.
- The Banff Upper Hot Springs and Banff Gondola are serviced year round by Bow Valley ROAM Transit Services. Buses run regularly with stops along Banff Ave. Fares are paid in cash directly to the bus driver: Adult rate is $2.00 and Child (6-13) rate is $1.00.

- September 3 to October 14 - 8am to 9pm daily (last ride up 7:30pm)
- October 15 to Nov 3 -10am to 9pm daily (last ride up 7:30pm
- November 16 to December 31 - 8am to 10pm daily (last ride up 8:30pm)
- January 1 to January 30 - 10am to 9pm daily (last ride up 7:30pm)
- January 31 to March 31 - 10am to 10pm daily (last ride up 8:30pm)
Closure October 29th to 31st & November 4th to 15th due to annual maintenance
