Each activity has its own meeting point and transportation is not included. 

Banff Gondola - 100 Mountain Ave, Banff

Icewalk - Tour picks up from most hotels in Banff and at the train station in Banff. You can select your preferred pick-up location during the booking process. 

No, you can do the activities over separate days. If you do wish to do everything on one day, please allow enough time between activities. 

The Icewalk tour duration is 4 hours with 2 - 2.5 of walking time. The return distance is 5.4km with an elevation gain of 135m.
 

The average time to spend at the Banff Gondola is 1.5 hours however there are no time limits. 

Guests must be at least 8 years to join the Icewalk. 

Icewalk: Snow pants are recommended and are mandatory if it is below -16C (3F). A warm sweater, jacket, hat and mitts, neck warmer/scarf , thermals/base layers/long johns. Sturdy warm shoes, ideally winter boots or hiking boots.

Gondola: During winter, it's particularly important to bring proper winter attire. Gondola cabins are not heated and it can get cold and windy at the top. A winter jacket, hat, mitts, gloves and warm socks are strongly encouraged. In the event that a guest's attire is deemed unsuitable and potentially unsafe, we may need to respectfully decline their entry to the gondola.

Icewalks are subject to a 48 hour cancellation policy. No refunds provided if cancelled within 48 hours. Banff Gondola is subject to a 72 hour cancellation policy. No refunds provided if cancelled within 72 hours.
