Icewalk & Tubing

Each activity has its own pick up/meeting point. 

Icewalk Tour: we pick up from most hotels in Banff and at the train station in Banff. You can select your preferred pick-up location during the booking process. 

Tubing: Mount Norquay Ski Resort (Tube Park). There is no transport included however there is a free shuttle bus available. Please refer to Shuttle Bus Schedule.

Due to the time of the Icewalk tour, you are not able to both activities on the same day as you would have very limited time tubing. 

Snow pants are recommended for both activities and are mandatory if it is below -16C (3F).
A warm sweater, jacket, hat and mitts, neck warmer/scarf , thermals/base layers/long johns should be worn. Guests should have warm shoes, ideally winter boots or hiking boots. 

Guests have to be at least 8 years old for this package. For the tube park, For the Tube Park guest must be taller than 42 inches. 

Tubing Tickets are non-refundable. Tubing Tickets can be transferred to another day but not within 24 hours of the booked day/time. Icewalks are subject to a 48 hour cancellation policy. The Icewalk is 100% refundable if cancelled outside of 48 hours before scheduled tour time.
