We have a hassle free 48 hour cancellation policy unless otherwise listed on your confirmation document. Just notify us at least 48 hours prior to your tour to cancel (or reschedule) and receive a full refund on your activity. Unfortunately, any cancellations or changes received within 48 hours of your tour, late-comers or no-shows, will not be rescheduled or refunded. Accommodation bookings are subject to a 72 hour cancellation policy. Group bookings of 10 or more guests, as well as custom and private bookings have a 10 day cancellation period. Some custom groups have a longer cancellation period. Some actvities are non-refundable after purchase (not limited to heli-skiing, snow tubing, chairlift and gondola / chairlift ticket sales). By receiving the booking confirmation, all participants agree to the cancellation policies as outlined.
We reserve the right to cancel due to bad weather, insufficient numbers or for any reason. Prices are subject to change without notice. A release of liability must be signed prior to any activity. Please refer to the booking confirmation for specific weight and age restrictions for your tour. Banff Adventures Unlimitedm, The Banff Canoe Club, Banff Fishing Unlimited (owners and employees) cannot be held liable for any injuries, losses or damages in any such way.

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars.
Prices exclude GST, fees & taxes unless otherwise stated.
Price quotations are subject to change without notice until a booking has been confirmed.
Certain products may involve fees that are additional to the prices stated.
No shows, missed departures or unused services will be non-refundable.
